Hook up was very simple. Does keep wind off your chest. Doesn’t take away from the sporty look of bike. Still get full wind face but that’s what this was made to do. Good product.

Exactly as described. Very high quality screen, as well as hardware. Fit perfectly on my 883R. Reduced drag on the bike, I’ve noticed I can hit higher speeds much easier. The screen also lowered wind hitting my chest and made the ride much more comfortable. Added bonus is the bike looks really good. The 2008 beater of a Sportster I sometimes ride came to Tennessee from the corrosive salty sea air around Tampa, Florida. I doubt the two screws holding the brow plate had ever been removed. They were bears. I squirted them with WD-40 and let them set a bit. Still, it took a strong-arm application of force. Better have a strong, hard 1/4-inch Allen key. That was the only hard part. BTW, my daughter had no trouble with those two screws on her 2017 Sportster. Age and history matter. The instructions are idiot-proof. And easy. Better, the screen is superbly engineered. (I hold a PhD in that area of endeavor). It is polycarbonate-tough. You could likely drive a nail in it without cracking the plastic. It is 4-mm thick, thicker than any other screen I considered. So, yeah, high quality through and through. It absolutely does not vibrate any that I can see. But...you still gonna need your face covered on the open road. And earplugs, too. It's a fly screen, not a windscreen. As many have noted, though, it does diminish wind pressure on your chest. I reckon that's not nothing. Just don't expect too much from such a small screen. It does look like an integral part of the bike, detracting none IMAO. I am super-impressed with the policies of this company. Take care.

I have a 2003 sportster 1200s and this fits perfectly. I love the look and it helps keep some of the wind off my chest it definitely compliments the bike!

Fitment is great. Took mabey 15 minutes tops to install . Perfect screen for a 2012 harley iron xl883n. No helmet buffeting with full face helmet. Takes the wind off body pretty good considering the size Worth the money . Highly recommend. I replaced a brand new $350 memphis shades wind screen with this dart screen and can not be happier . I didn't want a big slab of a windshield on my sportster because I like the looks without one, but the wind was brutal. A guy on an online forum sent me a link to your website and said that he had installed one on his wife's sportster and she loves it. I gave it a try, not expecting much especially for such a low price. I'm amazed by how much wind this little screen deflects. I still catch wind in my face some, but it manageable. I'm not having to hold on for dear life and can enjoy the ride. It looks great, works great, and got here fast. I'm going to recommend your products to anyone who is looking for form and function out of their windscreen.

Surprised that it blocks as much wind as it does, before screen very uncomfortable highway speeds now 70-75 mph very nice no wind on chest and no buffeting on helmet, could not be happier, wonder what protection would be if just a little larger? Very happy as is.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Harley screens run too large for me and create unbearable buffeting. The Dart screen relieves the pressure off of my chest so I'm not pushed back like a wind sail but leaves the rest of me feeling the cool breeze.

Fits great, looks way better than a standard windscreen, and is surprisingly effective. Removes a lot of the parachute effect I used to get on my Sportster at highway speed, and moves the wind up so it no longer hits my entire helmet. A bit finicky to line it up on-center, but probably not critical since the screen is small and the mounting point is very close to the middle of the forks. I also love that I can see over it, as I wasn't a huge fan of looking through a windscreen. Took about 3 weeks to finally make it out of the UK and into the US after the customs hand-off, but that was expected, and it made it's way to the shipping carrier very quickly, so that was nice.

I wanted a small an unobtrusive windshield for my Sportster Iron 883--just something to get the wind off my chest. The Dart Flyscreen did jus that, and more. without the windshield, I was forced to wear a full faced helmet just to keep my eyes from watering. After installing the flyscreen, I can now wear an open face helmet without any buffeting or watery eyes. The quality of the brackets and the screen were beyone my expectations, and the install was simple and straightforward. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I would recomment the Dart Flyscreen to anyone looking for a quality product and a reasonable price.

Looks great, and that was the major goal too. No significant wind deflection below 90 km/h, but eases pressure on chest significant in speeds above 100 km/h. Seems to make wind hit top of my helmet instead of chest. Might as well deflect a Bumblebee or two during the season. Installing was very easy.

I have a 2018 Harley 883 Iron and im able to run up to around 80mph before feeling heavy winds acting on me like they did before above 60-65. The ride is still enjoyable as the wind is in my face but I can ride on more than just the backroads with comfort now. Installation was very simple and took only a few minutes to secure it to the bike. Shipping took a few weeks but I expected that as it was traveling across an ocean to get to me. I will definitely recommend this to others in the future.

2015 Sportster XL1200C. Couldn’t use stock Harley windshield after I installed the auxiliary Harley spotlights, so the Dart screen, although much smaller than the Harley shield, is a good alternative, and is more stylish anyway.

I ordered the Dart Flyscreen (tinted) for my 2016 Harley-Davidson XL883L Sportster and immediately installed it and it looks GREAT! It has that simplistic look to it that I have been searching for, yet very functional diverting wind away from me when riding. My motorcycle is gloss Black in color and it matches the smoked turn lenses and the headlight I have and I couldn’t be more happier! The build quality and pricing are phenomenal and I highly recommend it!

It’s stylish, according to the bike, it Does the job Deflecting a good amount of the breeze out of my face and chest to the point where I am not in tears anymore, if you want more air deflection you will need a bigger shield but not so stylish looking.! In my opinion It was worth the money, making my rides more enjoyable.!

I am 100% satisfied on how the bike looks with it installed, but I'm a bit unhappy the way it performed. I'm 176cm tall and the wind deflected from the screen goes right into my line of sight. Ican't bear it without my helmet's visor on when running 70kph or more.

The Dart windshield came highly recommended from a friend that had one on his Triumph Bonneville. It makes the ride so much smoother. Makes it so I don't have to fight the bike at 60 and 70 plus miles per hour without taking away the cool look of the bike. Very simple installation. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I was extremely skeptic on purchasing one of DART Flyscreens and decided to try one out to see if this DART flyscreen will really help break the wind. The results were very impressive. It definitely blocked all the wind from the neck down. As for the headwinds, it also did quite well, except for on extremely winding (14-16mph) days and riding at speeds of 90+. Overall, I am quite pleased with this flyscreen by DART. I rate this flyscreen a 9 with 10 being the highest score. Good Day! David Picarsic

monté sur it mon 1200R carbu de 2005. montage très facile sur les 2 vis d'origine supérieures du té de fourche. Excellente qualité de l'ensemble. pas de pieces en plastic toute ets tres bien fini et ne dénote pas de la finition de la moto, semble monté d'origine sur la moto et ne dénature pas le look épuré du sporster. La protection apportée est surprenante pour la taille de l'écran, enlève bien la pression sur le buste on peut rouler à 120 km/h sans tirer sur les bras. Bref un achat indispensable pour manger de la route.

I have had the Dart classic screen installed on my XL for almost five years now. It really helps blocking wind to the chest and looks great to boot! I have recommended this screen to so many riders I have lost count now. My Sportster has a headlight lowering bracket which gives the classic screen an even lower profile than stock configuration. BTW I have purchased the Dart Piranha to replace the classic which became scratched a few years ago in a altercation with the pavement. It is one tough screen; no breaks, cracks or chips and still performs as it should. I have been thoroughly pleased with the aesthetics, quality, function and durability of your fly screen. I will expect nothing less out of the next one. Thanks Dart!

Easily fitted, nice quality

Fit and finish were excellent! On my Sportster 1200 Low, it blocks the direct flow of wind to my chest at highway speeds. I still get lots of wind, so it is not going to keep me significantly warmer in the winter months other than blocking direct flow to my chest. I'm 6 ft tall, and the wind off the top of the flyscreen hits my helmet (full-face). I'm using the light tint, and I like the way it blends so nicely with my chromed-out bike. I've used it up to 80 mph, and it does not rattle or vibrate. For me it works best at 60 to 65 mph for all-day comfort from wind forces. I've used full windshield with additional lowers before: they blocked so much wind force that it affected the bike's performance. Flyscreen is ideal for me and my style of enjoyment.

It made such a difference. I can loosen my grip on my handlebars and not feel threatened of being blown off my bike on the freeway. Excellent quality and workmanship. Took me 1/2 hr to put it on my 2005 sporster custom. Perfect!

Quality components and pretty easy to fit. Looks great and takes some pressure off chest at motorway speeds. I can now cruise a good 10mph faster at same comfort level as before.

I was looking for some wind defection because I ride about 20 miles to work on the freeway and the wind was beating me up. I didn't want to compromise the style of my 883 Iron so I started doing research. I found dart to be the best function and style for what I needed. I live in Ann Arbor Mi and dart har it at my door in 6 days. I am very happy with my purchase it was fast and easy to install.

I was a little worried that a screen would spoil the lines of my 883R. Screen actually looks great. Fitting very easy and brackets very high quality. Didn't notice any increased wind noise and keeps flies and bugs off the speedo and my chest. Recommended.

After hundreds spent on the bike this has been the best and cheapest accessory purchased. I noticed a considerable reduction in the wind buffering on my chest at higher speeds on a recent short ride. Dart does not market the Classic for the “Seventy Two” XL1200V. I knew this, but figured I could make something work. This is it. I mounted it to the top of the handlebar clamp using 2.7 inch long 5/16-18 threaded rod, Dart’s spacers, nuts to clamp the bars to torque specs and acorn nuts and washers to hold the Dart mounting brackets. It required no modification to any Dart parts. It fits nicely between the mini apes, kind of crowns the tac/Speedo module and works really well to cut the wind. I’m a very happy old fart.

I have a 2003 sportster with the slammer kit install with my clip on bars sitting right on top of the triple tree clamp . Super tight fit but it all worked

But other than that, it's great and looks brilliant.

Update: Took bike on 200 mike plus trip at average highway speed of 70 mph and I will have to say..... Wind off the chest yet in the hair and face as it is supposed to be. Does EXACTLY what it was meant to do and looks outstanding in the process. Thank you Dart. This screen should be a stock option for the Harley Davidson. 2013 Harley XL1200C

I went for he dark tint and it suits my Iron883 really well. Simple to fit with clear instruction provided and does what it should. Looks great and works great.
