It's a very fine piece of Art! This flyscreen is the icing on the cake of the motorcycle. The assembly is also possible for "non-specialists" and I had a lot of fun to rig it on the bike. Especially when the result is that awesome.

Accessoire parfait, esthétiquement et en ce qui concerne la qualité de fabrication.Cette bulle n'est pas très haute mais elle protège relativement bien notamment de la pression du vent sur le thorax à l'accélération. J'ai une autre moto, BMW 800 GS, avec une bulle haute, ce qui protège bien entendu mieux du vent et du froid ,mais crée d'importantes turbulences très bruyantes dans le casque, ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas avec celle-ci.

Fits like a glove and performs very well. Amazing how something so small can make such a change in your riding comfort. Installation was easy, although I did have to take the headlamp apart since the internal nuts slipped out of position. The midnight black looks perfect on my 2014 black 1100.

Very pleased with the Dart Classic on my CB1100. It’s very well engineered in terms of clever design and the use of durable materials. It deflects just well enough to reduce wind noise and improve the comfort of cruising around 70mph. Equally importantly, it does the job without detracting from the look of the bike. Hello, I'm from Germany and have the DART CLASSIC FLYSCREEN mounted on my Honda CB 1100 RS. In Germany we are allowed to drive fast, so I was looking for a small and nice windbreak. I am impressed by the quality. The assembly is easy. The windbreak is as I expected. The wind pressure on the upper body is reduced slightly. But the Roadster feeling and the Roadster look is maintained. I can definitely recommend the DART CLASSIC FLYSCREEN.

Unlike many accessories I have bought over the years, this fitted perfectly first time. The replacement brackets supplied are nicely finished and I think the screen makes the bike look even better. Although not bought for wind protection, the difference is certainly noticeable at motorway speeds.

The quality of the screen is excellent and the replacement bracket has an identical finish to the OEM Honda bracket. Instructions were very clear and installation quick. Anyone can do it.
As others have noted, the headlight and turn signals have a little movement when you are riding but you just attached a small sail to them so that is not a surprise. They are very secure. At speeds above 100k and particularly around 140k there is a noticeable reduction in wind levels from mid chest down which makes the CB1100 a much less windy ride on the slab.
Finally, it just helps make this bike look way way retro!

Really like the flyscreen. It take all the pressure off my chest. The downside is that it throws it at my head and makes my noise levels at all speeds higher. Good trade at high speeds through because I no longer feel as though I’m being pushed off the back of the bike. If the Marlin were available in Midnight I would have gone with that for a little better wind protection. Overall, I really like it. Only downside is increased wind noise.

The difference in riding comfort is quite extraordinary for such a small screen, I have the CB1100EX 2016 model in black with wire wheels, the midnight tint works perfectly, it looks like it was factory fitted.
The quality of materials is superb and it only took minutes to fit.
Ordered Monday received on Wednesday morning in the UK.

I’ve aired on the side of positivity with my star ratings as I realise it’s not easy to produce a product like this for every bike out there.
I do however have a couple of issues with the design...
The first I’m not sure is real or if it is my imagination, but it seems my headlight beam seems to shake around more now, which can be seen in mid distance road signs at dusk or darker. I’m concerned that the stainless brackets for the CB1100 may not be as sturdy/rigid as those fitted to the bike as standard. If this is so it’s a negative.
Secondly and more disappointing is that although the wind blast on my chest is reduced, the wind across my chin and helmet is increased considerably (“well that’s obvious I hear you say” lol), creating more noise around the helmet to the point where I can sometimes not hear the engine on the bike, and in cold weather I’m reaching for a neck scarf.
This second issue could perhaps be mitigated somewhat by a screen with a lip around the top pushing the air higher?
Otherwise the screen looks good and seems well made.
Honestly though I may remove it and go back to stock. I knew it would be a gamble so I won’t be telling people not to by the screen, rather that there seems to be some penalties presently.
P.s. I’d gladly beta test and new screen profile ;-)

The only down fall on this screen is that it is a little too small to do the task it was designed for . It seems that is does block the wind but entirely as expected frim a screen. However it does look slick and suit the bike quite well. Thank you

I had a Dart fly screen on my 2013 CB1100 and it took the punishing airflow off my chest at high speeds. While it worked as advertised, I noticed that there was noticeable flexing (from bumps in the road and changing wind conditions) in the turn signals, headlight and fly screen after the screen was installed. When I traded my 2013 for a 2017 I was encouraged when Dart brought out their revised mounting brackets. Unfortunately, the mounts for the fly screen replace a more rigid stock headlight bracket, Honda fielded with the 2017 CB1100EX, with a lighter weight and thinner stamped mounting bracket on each side. The flexing of the turn signals, headlight bucket and fly screen still exists but the benefit outweighs the flexing, although it can be irritating. I like the way it mounts but wish it was stiffer. I'm not sure if the flexing is a result of the increased load put on the headlight and turn signal carrier by the fly screen, or replacing the stock headlight mounts with the Dart provided mounts. If you decide to make a different mount (stiffer) for the 2017 Honda CB1100EX, to address the flexing, let me know and I would be glad to buy one. You have a very good product.

When I bought my CB it already had a clear Dart fly screen on it, and because of the look I was looking for (blackout) I changed it for a midnight Marlin, which then I changed for a fairing. As this review attests, I went back to the Dart. The fit and finish is impeccable, mounts solid, and gives my bike the look that made me fall in love with bikes back in the 70's.
If only I would've know about Piranha...

I was a little worried ordering the dart fly screen. It coming from over seas I was just worried about the customs hold up and not getting it for weeks. But it showed up within one weeks time. I was totally impressed! Even down to the packaging after opening the box it just felt high end. After installing it I couldn't be happier. It is exactly what I was looking for. It serves its purpose exactly as needed. I would highly recommend this to other cb1100 owners that want a small windshield/fly screen as this is defiantly a quality product!

Got the Dart Flyscreen for my CB1100 today... brilliantly done! Love the look of the new brackets, even better than stock. Works great too. This is my second of these, having had one on my Triumph T100 and you make a first rate product.
